RETURN POLICY

Category-Specific Return Guidelines

1. Skincare & Cosmetics

  • Unopened Products: 30-day return window, full refund
  • Opened Products: Not returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Defective Products: 14-day return window with photo evidence

2. Devices & Tools

  • Spa Equipment: 30-day return, must be in original packaging
  • Electrical Devices: 90-day manufacturer warranty
  • Used Devices: 15% restocking fee if used but functional

All customized items are FINAL SALE

    • No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless defective
    • This includes but is not limited to:
      • Monogrammed apparel
      • Custom-printed textiles
      • Embroidered items
      • Made-to-order products

  1. Exceptions for Defective Items

    1. We will accept returns only for:

        • Manufacturing defects
        • Incorrect customization (our error)
        • Damaged upon arrival

       

  2. Process for Defective Custom Items
    • Contact within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide photos/video of the issue
    • We will verify if the error was ours
    • Options: Remake, store credit, or partial refund

5. International Returns

  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping to (1575 Samantha Crest Trail, Reno, NV 89523)
  • Restocking Fee: 20% for non-defective items
  • Customs: Refund amount excludes original import duties paid
